話說我都係由北角跟到佢去中環嘅fans, 唔算係超級熟客.因為食一餐真係所費不菲啊!以前有lunch就大眾化好多.$800一位以他的質素可說是親民,而家就冇呢支歌仔唱喇. $2600一位的omakase,值定唔值?首先第一樣野要了解嘅係,Mori San所用嘅魚全部都係野生魚.如果你食唔出養魚同野生魚嘅分別,咁其實就真係唔需要俾咁嘅價錢.但係如果你自問對養魚同埋野生魚嘅味道好敏感,咁你一食就知道佢哋用嘅料係何等貴重,呢餐飯你就會覺得好抵.實在太多種魚我唔逐一介紹.反正佢哋堅持不時不食.由於而家唔係海膽季節,所以連我呢種海膽怪,今日都只係得一件海膽,但係真心冇投訴.今日食嘅魚都係時令魚.秋刀魚開始入季啦!雖然唔係好肥,但係肉質好細緻.魚嘅新鮮程度我亦都無需要多講,反而講吓一啲新派嘅技術.本身唔係好食鰹魚嘅我,今日真係甘拜下風.🙇🏻‍♀️佢哋用咗吉列豬扒嘅皮去包住鰹魚,中間係生嘅,外面有火炙嘅效果,再加上吉列豬扒嘅外殼,感覺係食緊一件好嫩滑嘅肉.食咗太多魚之後其實個味蕾會麻木,呢件穿插喺中間真係有驚喜!亦睇得出佢嘅用心佈局👍🏻另一個燒嘅赤鯥都係超級厲害👍🏻入口即溶係因為佢控制生熟程度做得太好

另一個燒嘅赤鯥都係超級厲害👍🏻
入口即溶係因為佢控制生熟程度做得太好!
佢嘅皮脆度係有Mok San 鐵板燒魚皮嘅效果!
(Mok San 的鐵板燒魚也可說是香港數一數二厲害👍🏻👍🏻)
燒魚嘅嫩滑係因為野生魚嘅質感不一樣,
而唔係單單靠魚嘅油脂.

應該知道其實我哋食魚唔鍾意食大拖羅.
嗰種咁多脂肪嘅感覺唔多好🤢
靚嘅中拖羅就已經好夠😍
咁先有魚味同埋唔會成口油.

講起押壽司,
今日嘅鯖魚押壽司又係甚有驚喜.
講明係押壽司,
平時一般壽司舖做押壽司咪就係好實囉😒
但係呢件真係好唔一樣.
佢用紫菜包住直接放喺我哋手,
我哋一入口成件壽司係鬆軟到立刻鬆開😍
完全冇嗰種實嘅感覺.
鯖魚本身唔係啲咩好特別嘅魚.
但係佢裏面調味嘅酸度係令我嘆為觀止👍🏻
好似飲白酒咁,
當有一日你喜歡白酒嘅酸度,
你就可以講係開始識飲酒了.

肝醬係我嘅至愛🤭
好可惜今日冇鮑魚肝醬.
但今日有鮟鱇魚肝醬同埋剝皮魚肝醬,
都什有驚喜.

雖然今日有好多我鍾意食嘅嘢都冇,
但係卻令我食咗好多其他好食嘅嘢.
