To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見咁多網上好評，話哩間buffet 有生蠔任食，我網上預先買飛，有discount，兩個大人去大約200幾蚊一位，lunch buffet性價比算好高。去到見座位寬闊，場地好大，有好多梳化位，五六個friends 都有半圓形大梳化位坐，又有多張大枱，合家庭眾會。我哋weekdays去，坐得好鬆動，二人可坐四人枱，樓底高，空間感十足。出去拎食物見到生蠔位置(每次每人限拎兩隻) 長期keep住有四五個人排隊，生蠔新鮮，雖然不是大隻，但以呢個價錢，這水準算十分合理，另外其他熟食正常發揮，冇話大驚喜，但種類繁多，我哋12月頭去充滿聖誕氣氛，當月特別推介係巴馬臣芝士配黑松露油米仔粉，芝士味道稍微不夠濃。甜品bar係工作人員應客人要求遂件夾畀你，咁樣安排反而更好，夠整齊清潔，另外有豆腐花，糖水，麵包布甸，M字頭雪糕等等，食咗兩個多小時，飽到不得了，有機會下次會再嚟。
