To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想試這間餐室一段時間,今天終於去過。下午茶時間叫了個楊州炒飯配奶茶,不錯,最少不會是下午茶餐而縮水,叉燒、蝦都新鮮尤其是那些椰菜,新鮮到sok sok 聲,餐價$45,有一碟飯一杯熱飲,現在真是大牌檔都未必止這個價錢。看過食評,有食友評論這裡食物no seasoning, 什麼都是一個味,但我就覺得這反是好,因為即是食物不會太咸,現在有些茶餐室太重厚味,未必是好事。再試了奶油脆豬真是很脆,幾好味,配熱飲,$29有個著淺藍色恤衫牛仔褲叔叔,很勤力地招呼食客,相信是主管吧,主管都不懶散,伙記當然不會太慢啦。雖然要杯熱水要叫佐兩趟才有但平日下午茶時間都滿座,算是可以接受。
