To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Omakase!!! 元朗壽司小店!壽司之神!🍣非元朗人的我們,山長水遠來到這裡,久違了的轉搭輕鐵,哈哈,真的像時光重回兩年前😌 有回憶也有痛苦🙈Omakase 即是廚師拍板,由壽司師傅決定用上甚麼最時令的材料,來為客人鋪寫一場盛宴。壽司的編排多是由淡而濃而淡,像一幅卷軸水墨畫般,起承轉合。所以,不管是編排還是食材的處理都極能彰顯師傅的功架!是日十二件壽司的套餐,最得我們歡心的絕對是這兩件:1. 岩蠔:十分肥美,金屬味不濃,更見岩蠔的美味。2. 火炙拖羅:脂肪多的魚料火炙是鐵定美味的!十二件壽司,連上前菜、湯,甜點,盛惠$1400,相對中上環同類型的店,這絕對是價比性之選。難怪這晚才星期四,吧枱也坐無虛席!。PS. 雖然這不是重點。。。但師傅實在是十分英俊🙈
