To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前食過一次omakase, 原來食過真係番唔到轉頭!慶祝加人工,今個月再任性一次,今次上網搵左呢間人氣好高既鮨文,山長水遠都要入元朗朝聖。茶碗蒸,除左係滑滑蛋,仲添加左黑松露,味道層次多左,係高級版茶碗蒸。鱸魚,用清新爽口既鱸魚刺身包住種左4,5日既芽蔥,食落好有青翠既味道,醬汁用左柚子,帶岀少少酸酸甜甜。刺身有鱆紅魚、油甘魚。中拖羅,好重油脂,入口即溶配上有根既wasibi,食落有粒粒口感。大拖羅,魚油更重,所以師父燒左個表面,配埋白蔥一齊食。白子天婦羅,入口外脆內滑,蟹肉蟹膏一流。真蠔和桑名大蜆。野生金目鯛壽司,表面炭火網燒,油脂重,食落有胡椒味及柚子香,黑睦魚壽司,燒脆皮下脂肪,微微焦香。伊左目壽司、大刀魚天婦羅壽司。仲有好多條蝦仔既壽司,口感一流!海膽杯,甜蝦漿口甜身,白海膽食落好甜,好似會係口中游水。魚湯,飲得岀好有骨膠原,好糊口。晴王和靜岡蜜瓜,食完甜絲絲!
