懶人終於的起心肝,寫人生第二篇 OpenRice 嘅食評,真慚愧!話明懶,索性兩餐一齊寫,唔好介意 😂最早幫襯燒邦係19年年頭,但好多時都係兩公婆去,食唔到太多嘢。呢兩餐就唔同嘞,一餐係一行十人嘅 birthday party,另一餐係一行五人嘅 family gathering,可以試多好多嘢!食材新鮮、唔靚唔入、火候控制精準呢啲唔多講,大家睇相應該會睇得出。反而想介紹嘅係老闆邦哥對食材同出品嘅執着,同埋佢嘅態度。食材 - 首先,佢每晚收舖後,天未光就去香港仔落欄搵靚海鮮,唔靚唔入。又因為佢堅持咗幾年,日日如是,所以先打動到漁市場嘅艇家會留啲罕有同靚嘢比佢,大家先有機會食得到。出品 - 靚嘅海鮮就唔需要花巧,所以佢好多海鮮都建議清蒸。咪以為清蒸好簡單,一隻鮑魚蒸多二十秒,口感已經好唔同。一條靚魚用秘制雞油蒸,控制好火候,又係另一個層次。態度 - 呢兩餐都係 set budget 比邦哥去發辦,大概話佢知有咩特別想食,佢會盡量配合。最近呢餐同佢講媽媽鍾意食花蟹,佢第一個反應係:「宜家休漁期,又近母親節,啲花蟹好貴。唔係話食唔食得起,而係值唔值得。我幫你留意吓,如果唔抵食我真係唔入,寧願

態度 - 呢兩餐都係 set budget 比邦哥去發辦,大概話佢知有咩特別想食,佢會盡量配合。最近呢餐同佢講媽媽鍾意食花蟹,佢第一個反應係:「宜家休漁期,又近母親節,啲花蟹好貴。唔係話食唔食得起,而係值唔值得。我幫你留意吓,如果唔抵食我真係唔入,寧願第日過咗休漁期,有又靚又抵食嘅花蟹,我入貨你先再叫媽媽嚟食。」最終,佢幫我哋喺 budget 內揾到隻接近兩斤嘅靚蟹,媽媽食到讚不絕口!


邦哥真係好有熱誠,小店經營,希望大家多多支持。

P.S. 除海鮮外,其實仲有好多好食嘅傳統串燒(鱔、义燒、牛舌、雞翼......),不過已經唔記得影相!
