To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午食飯時話題講到韓劇中多數有食韓燒場面﹐原來我同事未食過韓燒﹐於是約好今晚帶佢去見識下﹐比佢感受一下韓劇中食韓燒的場面﹐方便同事食完坐車回家﹐所以選左旺角OPPA韓國燒肉店﹐我之前去過大埔店﹐材料質數覺得很好﹐今次専登陪同事試下旺角店﹐位置5難找係水務署對面﹐餐廳地方雖唔算好大﹐但圓筒櫈內有乾坤慳來不少位置﹐就是給客人用來存放東西﹐既慳地方又有安全感﹐這店都幾多捧場客﹐7點未夠已坐满了枱﹐可推斷這間品質一定不會差的﹐好彩剛好還有1張2人枱﹐我哋5洗等位。 服務員安排好我哋坐低左之後放左一些韓國特色小食及配料﹐泡菜、芽菜、海帶及生菜﹐還有韓國凍茶﹐一般韓燒餐廳是提供冰水的﹐而燒烤鐵板參照韓國地道餐廳傳統﹐以傾斜角度將過多餘油滴漏落盛載油的碟上﹐烤板頂位置倒入蛋漿﹐而蛋漿是了用雞蛋芝士漿泡菜和魷魚粒做食材﹐可能是泡菜關係蓋了芝士的味道,食不出有芝士成份,而魷魚粒增加了趙口﹐店員告訴我們這個蛋漿如果在 facebook 打卡可 免費refill 的﹐同事睇完餐牌表示5識點﹐叫我揸主意﹐我望下餐牌最吸引就係OPPA潮食二人餐驚喜價$268(﹐驚喜價時段只限星期一至四5點30分至7點

服務員安排好我哋坐低左之後放左一些韓國特色小食及配料﹐泡菜、芽菜、海帶及生菜﹐還有韓國凍茶﹐一般韓燒餐廳是提供冰水的﹐而燒烤鐵板參照韓國地道餐廳傳統﹐以傾斜角度將過多餘油滴漏落盛載油的碟上﹐烤板頂位置倒入蛋漿﹐而蛋漿是了用雞蛋芝士漿泡菜和魷魚粒做食材﹐可能是泡菜關係蓋了芝士的味道,食不出有芝士成份,而魷魚粒增加了趙口﹐店員告訴我們這個蛋漿如果在 facebook 打卡可 免費refill 的﹐同事睇完餐牌表示5識點﹐叫我揸主意﹐我望下餐牌最吸引就係OPPA潮食二人餐驚喜價$268(﹐驚喜價時段只限星期一至四5點30分至7點(公眾假期除外)﹐睇下隻錶時間快到七點﹐趕快落單叫左OPPA潮食二人餐、鵝肝及牛舌,二人餐包括頂級安格斯肉眼扒或特色牛肋骨、五花腩或豬肋肉﹐還有海鮮併盤(帶子X2, 多春魚X4﹐八爪魚),上菜很快所有食材已上枱了,我們先烤五花腩,五花腩大大口﹐而油脂分布平均肉瘦肉層次分明,燒一燒剪條用生菜包著再加上泡菜海帶,食落一點肥膩感覺都沒有且爽口,牛舌沒有五花腩的好,咬落有點煙韌且沒有肉味帶點雪藏味﹐我絕對相信我同事真的沒有食過韓燒﹐她竟然攞隻載油碟作餸碟﹐將燒好的食物放上去﹐暈了‥‥哈哈! 跟住烤安格斯肉眼扒,也是大大的﹐燒成5成熟肉味濃入口鬆軟,鵝肝表面舖上一層生粉﹐服務員講解生粉是避免鵝肝在烤過程會沾了烤鍋﹐加上可令鵝肝沒有鬆散﹐燒焦一點入口即溶味道甘香,最後到海鮮拼盤,帶子魷魚都很新鮮,爽甜海鮮味,而多春魚也燒焦一點這樣魚春便也是不會鬆散,可整條放入口食,口感便不同了。最後不得不讚這間店的服務員,每款食材都是由她親自為我哋燒烤及推介我們每樣食材最好的烹調的食法﹐這樣不會將好的食材弄了﹐對像我同事一點都不懂是一個很貼心的服務﹐今時今日這樣的服務態度不多了。我同事對這餐讚不絕口﹐好满足地結帳﹐合共都只是$446﹐每人平均$250都不用﹐真的超值。
