To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

韓牛頸脊:油脂較高,不過牛味重
下腹牛肋:肉質較煙韌,有咬口,脂肪較少,牛味較濃郁
雪花腩片:脂肪分布平均,油脂相對較高,肉質較滑同鬆軟,牛味唔太濃

首先炒香d蔬菜,蒜同海鮮,然後再炒飯,當然唔少得要加埋墨汁啦~海鮮有蝦+青口+帶子同魷魚,真係估佢唔到用嚟炒飯嘅海鮮好新鮮,蝦仲有甜味tim!!墨汁內真係有墨魚,不錯啊
不過炒完嘅飯味道偏淡,芝士無影無踪,所以草根配上泡菜湯一齊食就岩岩好,要好似韓國人咁一啖飯一啖湯
不過紅辣椒勁辣,大家要小心*

食完成個Set草根3母女都覺得好飽,不過如果4個人嚟食就可能要另外叫多1-2樣野啦~整體都幾好食,價錢又唔係貴,店員服務仲好好呢
