尖沙咀的韓國餐廳星羅棋布,不論傳統菜式抑或是新派料理都一應俱全,但只要在網上搜尋一下,這間OPPA Coffee Bar Restaurant往往都處於人氣榜首,當晚到訪亦不出所料店內座無虛席,門外更大排長龍。蜜糖牛油無骨炸雞 ($228)炸雞有原味、甜辣、醬油、卡邦拿、蒜香及蜜糖牛油多種口味,亦有分有骨或無骨及半隻或全隻,惟當日沒有供應有骨炸雞只能退而求其次選擇無骨炸雞。上桌時陣陣牛油香撲鼻而來,炸雞面層淋上蜜糖及牛油,味道香甜近似爆谷,底層更有大量薯條可惜已經變軟;無骨炸雞其實與炸雞柳如出一轍,風味始終比有骨炸雞遜色,慶幸外皮香脆之餘仍保留肉汁。秘製章魚蛋漿溶岩炒飯 ($168)幾乎每枱客人都會點這款招牌蛋漿溶岩炒飯,店員會先將蛋漿淋上鐵板,再加上大量Mozzarella芝士然後用火槍燒製拌勻,打卡一流。炒飯味帶微辣而當中混有少量章魚粒,雖然芝士味道欠奉但令口感有如risotto一樣黏稠煙韌。JUMBO芝士蛋卷 ($158)每次到韓國餐廳都必定會點一份芝士蛋卷,而這卻可算是我遇過最巨型的一份,足足有人前臂一樣長度,面層舖滿椰菜絲、沙律醬及番茄醬,不過蛋漿明顯過熟令口感太乾及粗糙,而
