To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當OT吾想諗食咩，or 想快快食完，三哥米線會係一個選擇。我呢d廢廢，食醒辣都吊吾住，每次叫都係一樣。雞肉米線清湯，好似好dry, 有時候都會加下豬潤甘，當然當然會偷下女朋友嘅麻辣or 胡辣湯底，加兩至三下就夠皮。然後會叫尖椒皮蛋，好好好好味，加埋落過米線，d辣度就arm arm 好，吾會太dry, 亦都吾會太辣食吾到。最後，點都一定一定要叫細份土匪chicken wings, 是常識吧！落單到野食ready 都好快，大約十分鐘有得食！
