睇左一條youtube片,果籽介紹一個衝出街市開燒味茶餐廳嘅招積老闆,自稱叉燒No. 1, 咁自信嘅態度燃起左我條叉燒癮,一於去試試。近中午時間,一到門口已經見到7,8人在輪候,好在只是等外賣,我一入就有位,但就係一張4人枱已有兩位大叔嘅搭枱位,我個人習慣搭枱冇問題,問題在於枱太細,我一坐下就已經對面隔離同自己都唔舒服想走人嘅感覺,加上走廊一地都係碎屑唔太整潔,環境上一定要扣分,因為差過一般茶記。講返嘢食,招牌一定係叉燒啦,個人因為貪心,叫左"豪得起四寶飯", 一次過試晒想試嘅叉燒,燒鵝同乳豬。份量見到每樣幾舊咁啦,98蚊想有幾多,但係就咁,明明餐牌寫乳豬就變左燒肉,我問待應阿姐,就得一句冇晒乳豬,喂,冇乳豬要同我講得架,換左燒肉就唔係咁嘅價錢啦。試返個燒味個味道,叉燒,係如片中所講肥瘦適中,邊有少少黑左嘅焦,係正嘅。燒鵝,全部冇肉得塊皮,皮下油都冇乜,所以好差,四寶飯分d骨比我,唔太掂,比一舊有肥有肉嘅都好過果幾舊骨啦,感覺被敷衍了。燒肉,皮脆,肉有帶肥花嘅一段,夠淋滑,係好食嘅。薰蹄就一般貨色冇特別。另外送個湯都幾特別,係有一大塊燒豬皮嘅清湯,少少甜味幾特別。總結黎講就氣氛好舊街市
