To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到金魚街買魚糧行過又見有新鮮蛋撻出爐，於是走到幾出名嘅金華冰廳一心買個蛋撻試吓，正當排隊時又有菠蘿包出爐，咁就買咗一個酥皮蛋撻同一個菠蘿油，當然就喺街食咗先夠新鮮，先食菠蘿油個面好脆可能剛出爐，麵包本身幾香又唔會發得包身太漲令入口似食風幾好，而牛油由於包身幾熱Ｄ牛油都溶咗唔少，不過又令個包身食起呢幾滑，而最正係個面Ｄ皮點咬都無咩跌落嚟，食完到個蛋撻食落個皮都幾鬆，不過Ｄ蛋淡Ｄ唔知係唔係食完個菠蘿油關係，所以覺得普普通通。
