食物不達水準,超級唔掂。餐廳聲稱主打海鮮。叫了3樣嘢。1.龍蝦沙律 2.蒜香帶子意粉3.油封鴨腿,因為青口沽清。龍蝦沙律啲菜都算係新鮮嘅,味道可以接受。啲龍蝦🦞就碎濕濕。蒜香(假)帶子意粉,唔掂,$168。上枱後,我嚇咗一跳,嗰三粒黃色帶子,望一望,覺得好係凍肉店$20一盒有10粒嗰啲麵粉帶子,即係假帶子。咬了一口,果然係假嘅!!餐廳嗰位帶住圍裙嘅女士親口承認不是用真帶子,佢話啲客人反映用剌身帶子唔夠熟,太熟又好韌,聽完真係想call 海關,🔥火都嚟。從來未試過有餐廳提供呢啲帶子,簡直呃人。油封鴨腿,餐廳嗰位女士話,將鴨腿慢煮之後油浸2日後再炸,配菜係「分子料理」。聽完之後⋯⋯我真係唔識比反應,平日去糖水舖吃嘅爆珠,原來係呢間餐廳講嘅 .分.子.料.理⋯⋯🤔🤯7:30入餐廳,叫青口,賣晒,叫紅酒又話賣晒。叫帶子,唔係賣晒,不過仲衰,假嘅。
