There was a shop in Shaukeiwan which has moved and now there is another joint in Chaiwan.
The location is a bit off the radar as it is located in the residential area of Chaiwan.
I went there for two things: Fish lips and the Spring onion fishballs.
Not many places or if any serve Fish lips with noodles.
The last time I had it was many years ago for dinner at Linheung house where it was served in gravy as a main dish for dinner.
To be honest, fish lips were a bargain as each piece was big and gelatinous. The fish belly wasn't so good though, it was just the usual spongy stuff.
The spring onion fishballs were quite good and something different.
The noodles were just noodles.
Overall, an affordable choice if you are in the area.
