I am Korean and was extremely happy to find this take out place in Shatin and meet the nice Korean manager/owner (who speaks fluent Cantonese by the way). Everything is presented beautifully and I had a hard time choosing dishes for my family. I ordered the Kalbi Tang, beansprouts, Jap Chae, cheese kim bap, and kimchee. Even the "small" size boxes are pretty generous portions! The manager helped me to choose the kimchee--I told her I don't like it too sour so she said to try the "fresh kimchee". It was AMAZING (a bit sweet) and I regret didn't get size large. The taste of all of the dishes was so authentic and similar to my Mom's cooking I was simply ecstatic. The Jap Chae was tasty (although I wish it had more veggie in it) and nothing was overly salty or greasy (a common theme in many local Korean restaurants). You can choose to take the soups cold or hot and they are sealed up nicely. It is convenient and fast to get the cold one and heat it yourself, so it doesn't heat the cold dishes on the way home. Too bad there is not an option for a large size Kalbi Tang. I will be back to try the other dishes like the stewed beef ribs, the other banchan and I saw they also have pre marinaded bulgoki! I think this is probably the best take out I have had in Hong Kong. Anyway it is really similar to my mother's cooking
