今日放工係公司附近食晚飯,因為之後有野做,揀左開左一排既新店,之前睇報導介紹過都幾吸引GA啦,今日終於搵到機會試~佢地六點都係岩岩開晚市,無咩人,餐牌好簡單,有4款,我揀左竹~首先黎左個刺身先,加左芝麻醬有另一番風味,好似沙律咁~坐係吧枱可以望住師傅專心整緊個飯~等左陣終於黎啦~枱度有個牌教你可以點食~食法一:好似平時魚生飯咁食,即係撈埋鼓油同芥辣咁食法二:佢俾左兩大塊厚厚地既紫菜你,可以DIY手卷~食法三:食剩三份一既飯,拎番俾佢幫你加湯黎個茶漬飯,又有另一番風味~講番味道,魚生既量都真係唔少,算係值回票價,不過佢整到好似魚生蓉咁,如果可以大粒少少有野咬下我就更加鍾意啦~魚生唔會話唔新鮮,但又未至於好鮮,佢加左青瓜同柚子落去都幾開胃~我會提議大家用紫菜整左手卷食先,如果唔係就會淋哂GA啦~同埋其實我幾鍾意個茶漬飯喎,清清地,D魚生有少少熟咁無咁蓉,個質地又特別D~~~~~~~我今次無試蟹肉同海膽,有機會再黎試下先~
