To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上10點零喺東大街，原來好多餐廳都收左，冇咩宵夜可以選擇。行左一陣，除左串燒店同1、2間茶餐廳之外，就得呢間重營業中。一坐底，店員隨即放下一碟烚雞蛋，原來係餐廳免費送給客人食，送烚鷄蛋又幾得意喎。我叫左一人前套餐$88，Ankake Ramen + 鷄肉丸。拉麵即叫即煮，可惜湯底味道好麻麻⋯既不是豬骨湯，又不是麵豉湯，香味同鮮味都欠奉，麵條亦不夠煙靱，糖心蛋同叉燒也未見突出，整體非常一般。反而小食鷄肉丸不錯，有嚼口。
