To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又因工作關係嚟到上環，可以四圍搵食。一直已經知道斜路上面有間冰室，懷舊裝修之餘嘢食不錯，便入去試試。一入到去，個Staff超friendly，幫我搵原位之餘，仲睇吓係咪風口，又噓寒問暖。然後我話想去洗手間，仲幫我開門，睇吓地下有冇濕，先請我入去。估唔到係呢啲懷舊冰室，都有五星級酒店嘅服務食物方面，我叫咗香茅豬扒金邊粉。豬扒調味不錯，充滿香茅味，但略嫌太肥，有一半都係肥膏😩 金邊粉味道正常，但可以再有咬口啲，可能煮得內咗。湯底係清湯，都算清甜，但都偏淡，可以再入味啲。環境乾淨，我去嘅時候冇咩客，所以都坐得舒服。周圍掛滿唔同celebrities嘅簽名，地下仲用緊極懷舊嘅紙皮石，呢個地方打卡都一流。
