To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先嚟一客沙嗲,有雞牛豬供選擇,亦可以綜合要齊3款。啲串燒燒得極有炭火香,熱辣辣,上枱已嗅到肉香,咬落有肉香,富肉汁,唔會「乾爭爭」,加上有啲燶邊位,就更加焦香,當然自家炒製嘅花生沙嗲醬亦功不可沒,又香又濃,帶有微細嘅花生粒,絕對貨真價實,串燒沾滿沙嗲醬味道更惹味且具層次。

就快過農曆年,雖然小弟喺地道港人,但我都應吓節嗌呢一款蟹肉冬筍肉丸湯,喺新加坡當地慶祝農曆新年嘅應節食品。肉丸以新鮮豬肉打成,咬落極之鬆化,並帶少少油香,而湯裡面除有蟹肉、冬筍,仲有啲魚肚,所以,味道豐富。此外,湯底喺雞湯嚟,濃而不濁,清香好飲。溫馨提示,因為喺應節時令嘢,可能你會見餐牌無,但其實喺可以預訂,全年供應。

嚟沙嗲軒又好難唔翻兜佢哋嘅海南雞飯,因為真喺好有水準,因應人數可以揀全隻、半隻或海南雞連飯嘅套餐。想滿足啲,好似我哋咁點夠半隻,另外加一碗雞油飯($28)。半隻嘅份量真喺唔講得笑,並傳統咁配上三色醬料(薑蓉、特製辣椒醬、黑醬油),賣相精緻。

食海南雞最正喺雞肉已經去晒骨,食得方便,而且,皮下脂肪少,近乎無咁滯,雞皮食起嚟更爽滑,雞肉質感細嫩,沾點黑醬油搭薑蓉(小弟最至愛嘅配搭),味道更有層次

嚤嚤喳喳喺星馬,甚至泰國、印尼嘅經典糖水,簡單而言,就喺一啲蕃薯粒、芋頭粒混晌椰奶中,當然唔同地方嘅配搭有少少差別,可能加埋啲紅毛丹、菠蘿蜜之類。我哋要咗個凍食嘅,但涼涼哋,唔會太冰,入口清涼舒服,蕃薯粒及芋頭粒都好夠粉,而椰奶好清甜,唔喺罐頭貨嗰種濃得嚟死甜咁。

一個黑糖,一個楓糖,一個棕櫚糖,老婆同我都好鍾意,而呢個甜點都曾經晌尖沙咀店食過,當然要俾老婆都試吓啦,其亮點就喺加入棕櫚糖。咪睇佢樣得啲椰奶,得嚿西米,好似普通,但一樣好有手功。西米壓成球形,咪以為好實,其實一篤就開,而且,啲西米粒粒分明,彈牙有啲煙韌感
,棕櫚糖甜得嚟有好強嘅清純糖香,撈勻埋啲椰奶,甜度啱啱好

撞啱近排天氣回暖,又加上用餐嘅時候陽光普照,氣氛已經讓人稱心。唔使急,唔使趕,兩口子食咗個幾鐘,真正慢慢嘆。以一餐既豐富,又有特色嘅午餐,為人生第一次嘅Staycation作結,就最好不過
