tried sift's peach verrine,i was mad to try ALL the peach items in restaurants~!today,it was the turn to LGB in IFC~!i was first attracted by their large size,this was a cake like opera,which the peninsula boutique has once produced a very similar WHITE CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY OPERA.but this was different,cuz it used a wine jelly which gave a VERY CUTE feeling to the mouth,it went here and there between your tongue,XDless sweet as the white chocolate layer by the peninsula boutique was quite ove

today,

this was a cake like opera,which the peninsula boutique has once produced a very similar WHITE CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY OPERA.
but this was different,
cuz it used a wine jelly which gave a VERY CUTE feeling to the mouth,
it went here and there between your tongue,XD
less sweet as the white chocolate layer by the peninsula boutique was quite over sweet.
but peach here didn't give power nor flavor to the cake,
different from the strong sour great taste given by the raspberry in the peninsula boutique.
i suggest them to change to berries instead of peach,but keep the top funny jelly,
and more to say was that the sponge was WELL DONE as they were really moist enough,
and the biscuit base was not simply butter and graham cookie crust,
but adding extra sugar powder and white chocolate to beat in,
so the LIGHT FLUFFY FLOWING layer cake was fulfilling and satisfying enough,good~!
