To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天五點到達大坑，一心想吃「拉麵來」，但發現他們六點才開始營業，便即興與男友到附近的 Classified邊吃邊等。 餐廳用上大玻璃窗，天然光從窗外射進來很舒服，感覺開揚。 $55鮮豔的粉紅色很討喜，香蕉和草莓味突出；街外買的smoothie一般都會加很多冰打，但這個好像沒有加冰，質地綿滑，很順口，感覺很健康和清新。 $45上菜時已嗅到松露香味，薯條上面除了有點點的黑松露，還灑了芝士碎。薯條薯味重，感覺上是用了新鮮薯仔，頗為惹味，可惜松露份量少得可憐，只有面層的薯條能沾上味道；而且幼身薯條炸得挺油膩，不夠香脆；雖有不足之處，但薯條本身是很難做得不好吃的，所以不需三分鐘已被我們吃光光。裝橫漂亮，環境舒適，服務態度亦很好，我已決定下次要嘗嘗他們的burger了!
