To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大角咀博文街利奧坊果頭原來有間唔錯嘅拉麵小店試咗佢嘅札幌螃蟹拉麵dinner set，啲螃蟹好鮮甜，又好有咬口唔似平時啲普通蟹柳咁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻個湯底都濃味而且唔油，唔錯跟店員介紹落咗啲蒜蓉就令個湯更加香同惹味！至於拉麵都好煙韌彈牙，硬度又啱啱好，唔會太淋或太硬，另外隻溏心蛋都煮到啱啱好，好滑😍朋友就叫咗招牌牛油拉麵set，叉燒都入味同淋，佢都幾滿意Dinner set仲跟小食，支裝汽水同同薯仔沙律都幾多野食，食完都幾飽下講到小食，叫咗日式煎餃子同雞軟骨串燒，餃仔煎得幾脆，入面仲keep到juicy，雞軟骨就燒得好有果種grill過嘅味所以兩樣小食我地都好滿意其實佢2人餐係仲抵，不過我地唔算太餓就廢事食咁飽，大家想試多啲野可以考慮下2人餐

唔似平時啲普通蟹柳咁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
個湯底都濃味而且唔油，唔錯
跟店員介紹落咗啲蒜蓉就令個湯更加香同惹味！
