The sashimi was fresh and seasoned perfectly already. I loved the chu toro with egg yolk the most.

The oyster came next and the shiso flower on top not only act as a decoration but also as the seasoning when we add bits of it to our oyster. My only complaint is why is there only one.

The Amadai had the perfect combination of crispy skin and juicy flesh. The light broth was also delectable which you can enjoy after eating your amadai.

Despite the seasoning they gave us at the side, I felt it was more for the aesthetics as the lobster with its own paste was already very rich.

After the strong flavors, the fish soup was really refreshing yet stunningly presented still. It also prepared us for the next dish.

The wagyu was tender without being too oily. Despite the bread was mainly for absorbing the excess oil, I still went ahead and tried it and I have to say it was really good. It was sweet on its own and after absorbing the excess fat from the wagyu, it was a pleasure treat if you have room for it.

Like the sashimi, the sushi were all seasoned already and I didn't require any further seasoning to appreciate them.

This is the first time I tried Teppanyaki Tamago and it was really a nice treat with its caramelized top.

Dessert finally came and it was teppayaki toast with icecream of our choice. I chose tofu flavor which was nice as its light flavor went well with this sweet crunchy toast.
