慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍架擺盤不俗。黑毛豬鞍架大大件連骨,整得基本上全熟,不過肉質好爽口,啖啖肉又唔乾,食材高質。下底有六件炸薯,好腍而唔油,伴有一條大蔥開二同一粒椰菜仔開邊,面頭加上沙律菜。個紅酒梨汁好正,甜甜地好好味。

和風原隻磯煮鮑魚配野菌意大利飯有一隻大大隻係面,磯煮鮑魚口感超正,彈牙有嚼勁,而且超入味,真心好正!下底有大概半碗意大利飯,味道都係好入味,口感絕對係al dente,伴有菇粒,加上香草,味道偏重口味。
