媽媽喜歡吃海鮮,這晚放工便約了她到新蒲崗這邊的潮福。由於新蒲崗偏「隔涉」,又不太近黃大仙那邊,所以晚上也相當夜闌人靜。weekday八時半前入座還有八折,令原本貴價的潮福頓時變得有少許「睇頭」。特價龍蝦($98/隻)不能與八折同時使用,用蒜蓉蒸煮非常香甜,龍蝦超級鮮甜,而且爽口嫩滑,為這海鮮夜掀起序幕。特大蟶子皇以蒜蓉粉絲蒸煮,蟶子新鮮沒有沙,粉絲吸收了蟶子的肉汁和蒜香味道變得非常惹味。南非鮑魚($68/隻): 之前吃過$58/隻的大連鮑魚,可是卻沒有這南非鮑魚肉厚和爽彈,除此之外,南非鮑魚味道更鮮甜好吃,沒想到$10元的差別是這麼大。日本元貝皇($78/)亦是以蒜蓉粉絲蒸煮,size比普通的元貝最少大一倍,味道鮮甜,香味特別濃郁,體積雖大,可是質感仍是滑嫩。薑汁魚肚共有八件,薑汁味道不突出,而且整體味道偏淡,沒什麼味道,不建議點選這個。手打鮮蝦肉丸($98/6粒)非常爽口彈牙,由於這裡的鮮蝦價錢偏貴,所以點鮮蝦肉丸也能能過過口癮吧,肉丸除了Q彈,味道也很鮮甜。南瓜花膠粥($100/細): 由於以前也是吃排骨粥,今次便試試花膠粥,粥底是由蒸海鮮的時候放在鍋底混合海鮮滴漏下來的肉汁來蒸煮

南瓜花膠粥($100/細): 由於以前也是吃排骨粥,今次便試試花膠粥,粥底是由蒸海鮮的時候放在鍋底混合海鮮滴漏下來的肉汁來蒸煮。可是花膠筒沒有味道,反而缺少了用排骨煮的肉香。可是加點芫茜、蔥和大頭菜能令粥底變到頗香。細份也能煮出約八碗粥。
