1. 食物質素明顯比其他分店差, 食物明顯沒有那麼新鮮。2. 服務員態度：非常一般，一副愛理不理的嘴臉，說話沒有尾音！3. 服務生與咖啡師經常聚在一起聊天，完全不在工作崗位，呼叫很多次都沒有反應4. 男店員看到女孩子，會偷偷圍作一團指指點點！然後看見他們借咖啡介紹不斷撩女仔5. 玻璃水杯充滿水漬6. 漏單嚴重，還要說我不清楚我經常到其他分店，這一間天后分店是我第一次來的，想不到竟然落差這麼大！總括嚟講呢一間是咁多間分店最差的一間

我經常到其他分店，這一間天后分店是我第一次來的，想不到竟然落差這麼大！總括嚟講呢一間是咁多間分店最差的一間
