大蝦: 有成隻手掌之大, 肉質結實, 食落啖啖肉
扇貝: 同樣都好大隻呀, 夠晒鮮味
半熟蛋: 我個人幾喜歡食半熟蛋或溏心蛋, 喜歡流心既蛋黃, 好Creamy, 感覺又好新鮮

由於面層舖滿了秘製泰式香草汁, 所以所有海鮮都帶小小微辣, 但又唔會蓋過晒海鮮既原有鮮味, 反而更加惹味, 令味道層次更升華, 正~~

食到一半先發現, 原來底層還有魷魚, 因一直被滿滿既海鮮蓋住, 無為以到它, 真係有驚喜呀!! 魷魚不但唔韌, 而且仲好爽彈~~

我都發現自己真係一個蝦痴, 辛苦晒d飯腳陪我食蝦蝦蝦又係蝦!! 哈哈~

呢碟係用海鹽燒既, 所以食落除左有蝦肉既鮮味, 還有鹹香味, 唔洗再點其他醬料黎調味已經超級惹味!!

除左海鮮都要食下其他野黎平衡下, 呢碟炸雞賣相有點不討好, 雞塊被一大堆辣椒, 乾蒜片同香茅堆住, 而且雞塊又炸到燒焦甘, 但原來食落皮脆肉嫩, 又夠入味, 鹹鹹地辣辣地, 香口惹味, 食過返尋味呀~~

食泰國菜還是喜歡叫個椰青伴食, 因泰國菜都係酸酸辣辣的, 飲住個清甜既椰青伴食, 又解辣又涼快, 只係呢度既椰青既椰水比較少, 而椰肉可能太老, 所以挖不出~~
