京都勝牛喺將軍澳開咗新分店 近排有啲掛住日本就去試吓😛入到去個裝修好靚望落好舒服~食物尼到 服務員都好好咁介紹一下牛嘅部份 同埋有啲咩醬汁可以點嚟食🤗好多款醬汁啊 又有芥末醬油 山椒鹽 牛扒醬 咖喱醬 溫泉蛋 蔥花蘿蔔蓉汁 多到我都唔知揀咩好😜另外仲有麻醬比客人加落啲椰菜度當沙律食 椰菜都好爽脆㗎😍而且仲配埋加咗糙米嘅飯 食落都健康啲~牛扒尼到係三成熟嘅 比較生 所以有個鐵板俾大家食之前燒一燒 燒到自己鍾意嘅熟度就可以食啦😋鹿兒島A4黑毛和牛西冷($438)呢個黑毛和牛真係不得了 佢生得尼但唔係好紅 中間軟林林 咬落去好嫩滑 口感豐富🤤🤤外面嘅吉列皮好薄好脆 唔會食到成口炸粉~京都勝牛三味套餐($228)三味分別係菲力牛 翼板牛 醬汁薄牛~ 我覺得最嫩滑嘅係菲力牛 冇筋得尼又有牛味👍🏼 而翼板牛都夠嫩滑 但就比菲力牛有咬口啲 😋最後醬汁薄牛面頭有層醬汁 幾香架 牛味就冇咁重啦🤤白桃蒟蒻冰茶($32)個茶底係白桃味 唔算太甜 仲有好多蒟蒻粒粒 好好咬😋😋日式柚子茶(熱)($28)都幾重柚子味 幾清新 見到個底都落咗好多柚子 多到最尾會塞住個茶壺嘴 食咁多肉會好飽 飲番杯柚子茶解膩都唔錯😙

三味分別係菲力牛 翼板牛 醬汁薄牛~ 我覺得最嫩滑嘅係菲力牛 冇筋得尼又有牛味👍🏼 而翼板牛都夠嫩滑 但就比菲力牛有咬口啲 😋最後醬汁薄牛面頭有層醬汁 幾香架 牛味就冇咁重啦🤤
