To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同家人晚飯,叫咗幾個小菜,叫咗條兩斤龍躉,條魚無魚味,仲要連豉油都無乜味,燒鵝就咸到必須叫白飯先食到,咸到要同無味嗰啲魚一齊食。最恐怖係個發財蠔豉,完全同張相唔同,同個身形健碩嘅金頭經理講佢仲唔理,一句都唔講行咗去,個傳菜員先好熟練地講咗一句,張相參巧用嘅,大佬,差好遠下喎,參巧啲乜,啲料薄唔緊要,髮菜少到似汁上啲麻油咁多,條朱脷薄到,係你都比多啲菜係底啦。最正常係咕嚕肉,叫做最正常,其他得碗白飯最好味。
