Restaurant: The Chef's Table
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然我住將軍澳，但係呢幾年確實太多食肆開，令我好耐無去呢間在將軍澳唯一的酒店自助餐，其實比起我幾年前嚟確實進步不少，可能周圍buffet都平，呢間自助餐平日都做65折，夠4位就得！冷盤好多野都有，剌身，壽司，煙三文魚，芝士，仲有凍蝦大大隻，幾鮮甜，又有翡翠螺同埋我最愛既即開生蠔，生蠔唔算好細，少少爽口，任食實在太好了！熱食都唔差，咖喱牛肋條好味，夠淋，有點心，carving有羊脾，又有肉眼，我最愛既係巨輪芝士意粉，師傅即煮，可以揀配料，芝士味超濃！甜品都好繽紛，有豆腐花，有5款H字頭雪糕，天氣咁凍又有熱辣辣既芝麻糊，仲要咖啡茶任飲，每人唔洗$220, 真係抵到無朋友！
