To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人食飯揀左去美麗華旗下嘅中菜國金軒黎試下🤤 黑糖蜂蜜醬油雞豉油雞味 但係雞皮上有一粒粒嘅黑糖半溶狀態伴隨 仲有蜂蜜所以入口偏甜明爐香草燒雛鴨出面燒鴨多算都比較大隻 呢度就反道而行用雛鴨🦆 presentation係幾靚 雛鴨口感偏嫩口 配埋酸梅醬就完美三弄回味澳洲和牛面脥呢個我就覺得稍為失色 首先和牛面脥口感上係幾唔錯 有肉的回感但係同時亦煮到好淋身 唔會韌口 但係個醬汁就比較甜身 食左一嚿就好容易漿口 味道比較單一羊肚菌竹苼木棉豆腐呢啲咁齋嘅豆腐個芡汁就好重要 將啲齋菜掉返個味出黎 再加埋清爽嘅竹苼夾住食 係一個比較清淡嘅疏菜選擇凰梨咕嚕黑豚肉中規中矩嘅咕嚕肉 不過咬開都有滿滿肉汁 唔會有炸過龍好硬嘅感覺拍蒜蝦乾豚肉唐生菜煲簡單黎講似出面嘅啫啫煲 不過口感出人意料地好食 可能因為我先入為主覺得呢啲菜煲一定又咸又多油 啲菜吸哂啲油會好漿口 反而呢個冇 個菜唔會太油 食完油膩的肉配返個清菜都唔錯👍整體黎講體驗比我想像要出色 晚餐環境雅致 枱與枱之間有一定嘅距離 有閒聊的私隱度 服務態度亦非常好 呢個價錢呢個質素我覺得係可以再黎☺️
