法式龍蝦湯流心牛角包

依個鴨肝醬唔係平時好鹹會即時飲野個種味道,質地亦係好滑個種,好易搽上多士,而且係薄薄一層已經夠,唔駛搽至突起,因為要再配上酸菜,兩者搭配令個脆多士好好味。

主菜:
1.西班牙黑毛豬腩&黑毛豬頸 配法式蘋果蓉
兩塊黑毛豬腩肉扒 食落肉汁有少少油分,點南瓜汁微甜中和返。
黑毛豬頸只有一塊,但是超級琳身,我個人喜歡這款多於豬腩肉,肉質會較瘦。

2.慢煮挪威鮮三文魚牛油果忌廉意粉
很厚身的三文魚扒,肉質好滑,本身夠味。意粉用左忌廉汁好滑身,配上磨菇片,好味。

3.法式藍青口酥皮火山煲(時令菜式)
這個是廚師推介,因為近來的藍青口是今季限定,聽落幾吸引,叫嚟試試。依個菜式係需時,因為要係面頭加脆皮,係放大版既酥皮湯。火山煲係外面係好少食到。而款式亦有其餘兩款,包括法式龍蝦汁海鮮及鮮茄和牛面頰火山煲。
一上菜,係用個爐上菜,一滾時個煲從酥皮中出晒煙,果然係火山。依個時間要好有儀式感地用鎚仔卜爆佢,很好玩。藍青口比平時食開既更細隻同更有海水味,配上忌廉汁好味。最後用汁點返酥皮,正。

飲品:
提拉米蘇芝味特飲
底係expresso,上層係好厚同好甜既tiramisu,兩者作一個中和,第一次咁樣飲,幾特別。

甜品
特濃牛奶軟雪糕牛角包,法式焦糖燉蛋
甜品又食牛角包,今次係加入雪糕。牛角包俾人既第一印象係甜既,所以加埋雪糕,印象係好夾。食落真係好好味。
法式
焦糖燉蛋
蛋好滑,上面燒到有一層焦,甜甜地,令到依個晚餐有一個完美既收結。
