今日做嘢時間係趕啲,但係知道兩個同事去鮨一度食lunch ,我都係敵唔過呢個誘惑,一定要跟埋去,最多食完早啲走返去做嘢。我要遲少少到,兩個同事就到左先,同埋先點菜,佢哋叫咗個好豐富嘅沙律,每一粒魚生都大過我手指公,沙律汁亦都好均勻又薄薄的淋在整個沙律上面,唔會太多,手術就會好膩。上邊嗰個番茄就係我最愛,我唔肯定係咩產地,食得出係日本蕃茄,特別juicy同埋甜。嘩,佢哋真係識食!叫咗好大盆刺身,而且全部都係靚野!蝦刺身方面,通常都用甜蝦或者牡丹蝦,呢一款我相信係花竹蝦吧,幾特別,肉質超彈、爽!仲有活北寄貝,超爽口,而且勁鮮甜。比起平時食到有少少紅色的北寄貝,差得遠。辣酒煮廣島號,我覺得係必點之選!記得第一次來呢間壽司店就試過呢個湯,真係一試難忘。少少辣的湯汁煮到啲大大隻的廣島蠔好淋身又入味。甲羅燒好多蛋黃伴着食,好香。

仲有活北寄貝,超爽口,而且勁鮮甜。比起平時食到有少少紅色的北寄貝,差得遠。
