今日同老公去左尖沙咀行街,行經過條巷仔,有幾間細餐廳,我哋最支持小商鋪/非連鎖店,所以搵左間好多好評嘅六兩三試下。一入到鋪頭發現地方好細,但好其理,店員好友善,由於係非繁忙時間,等左一陣就有位啦。六兩三係食台灣牛肉麵,餐牌選擇唔多,我叫左川味紅燒三寶牛肉麵(牛腱、牛筋、牛肋條),揀左粗麵,$80。 老公叫左川味紅燒牛肉麵,揀左幼麵,$68。每人加左隻滷水溏蛋,$12。先黎左滷水溏心蛋,好入味,可惜咸左d,所以等埋碗麵先一齊食。d好有咬口,似係自己打嘅麵條,十分高分,牛肉入晒味,唔會煮得太“淋”,如果牛筋可以煮“淋”d會仲好味。老公嘅幼麵冇粗麵咁有咬口,但老公鐘意幼麵多d,因為掛汁多d。最後要讚嘅係d牛肉湯真係超級好飲,我成碗飲晒。
