焦糖燉蛋味泡芙($45)公道講句,呢個價錢嘅泡芙真係唔平😳不過香港租貴人工貴食材貴,咩都貴嘅事實,我好明白一間小店要支撐落去又要品質,價錢係會貴啲🥺其實呢間舖頭一開張嘅時候已經想試,不過當年排個幾兩個鐘,加上年輕的我唔捨得食咁貴嘅泡芙,所以咁多年都只係遠觀🫠⋯⋯Ok,廢話唔多講平日下午都唔算多人等,前面兩三個人排隊連製作等候時間十分鐘左右。每一款都睇落好吸引,價錢大約$45-$55個泡芙本體覺得就普通,好食但唔係好突出,畢竟材料整法都係咁上下。餡就係一邊Pastry cream一邊Whipped cream,打得好light 同smooth,食食吓唔覺就食咗成個啲餡同焦糖中間隔咗塊好咸香牛油味嘅餅皮,中和咗焦糖嘅甜膩又多咗啲牛油香氣,個人認為呢個小心思係成個泡芙最正嘅地方即燒嘅糖夠厚但個人認為可以再焦多啲,不過一啖食晒所有層次個味都好味嘅下次再試埋其他味先

Ok,廢話唔多講

平日下午都唔算多人等,前面兩三個人排隊連製作等候時間十分鐘左右。每一款都睇落好吸引,價錢大約$45-$55

個泡芙本體覺得就普通,好食但唔係好突出,畢竟材料整法都係咁上下。餡就係一邊Pastry cream一邊Whipped cream,打得好light 同smooth,食食吓唔覺就食咗成個
