To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

 118/F Ritz Carlton, 一月頭時同朋友來，期待咗好耐，個朝天氣唔係咁好，我地仲諗住打電話去取消訂位。但下午天清咗少少，所以都照去。我地5點鐘準時去到，想坐terrace啲位，但個日係星期三，所以其實7點去都有位！！大部分係遊客，亦有少量香港人。去到叫咗2杯嘢飲。我叫咗Champagne Mojito ($190), 個friend飲咗Vanilla Sky ($180)，未計加一。Mojito好好飲，入面加咗rose. Vanilla sky就okay la... 原條vanilla stick好香，但個人來講唔鐘意飲whiskey! 個View 真係一流，高到聽到飛機好似係頭頂飛過咁，不過幾大風，個日唔係穿咗好多衫，所以入黑就覺得好凍，雖然出面有暖爐，但冬天去就帶多件衫好啲。夏天應該會好涼爽！2人埋單~$420,坐咗差唔多3個鐘，睇景其實值回票價，因為Sky 100都要$170 per person, 依度係118樓bor, 全世界最高嘅bar!! 所以其實咁諗就抵嘅，一生人點都起碼要去一次!!
