To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特別嘅日子當然要襯返個特別嘅午餐係國際化的semi-buffet 以上加入一絲中東的氣息 事前都參考過menu,有擔心過啲嘢會唔太岩食,但試左先知幾好味。 任食的一邊提供了剌身,prama ham,芝士盤,餐湯呢一啲大路嘢之外,佢地嘅特色就有現烤的烤雞shawarma ,由一大捲烤雞肉入面起片,加上唔同的配醬,放到pita 入面,成為一口一個嘅 pocket sandwich清新好味,但我唔記得影相,所以要cut一張出黎將就一下。 有美食,自然有美酒啦,壽星女自然不可以缺少任飲香檳啦,選了一款比較入門的 Verve Clicquot冰凍,氣泡感最適合birthday brunch 啦食飯前飲,攞埋佢出去邊打卡邊飲都岩。 而且唔止香檳,cocktail,紅酒,白酒,啤酒等等都可以任飲,佢地亦有三款特別為呢個buffet而調的cocktail - Habibi Julep, the last sumac 同埋Sahlab cocktail, 調酒入面加入左一點波斯風的香料,非常有特色。 簡單食完,仲有時間比我地瘋狂打卡,攞住杯香檳去patio狂影就是爽。望落去嘅氣勢獨一無二,全球最高嘅酒吧

有擔心過啲嘢會唔太岩食,
但試左先知幾好味。

任食的一邊提供了剌身,prama ham,

而主菜我地不約而同揀左牛扒,
三成熟的頂級西冷
配小蘆筍,蕃茜醬,薯蓉
份量唔算很大,
蕃茜醬有一份清新嘅感覺,
食完任食再食扒都唔覺油膩。

意猶未盡差點海鮮,對於鍾意海鮮的她,
自然要加個seafood platter,
一大隻波士頓龍蝦,白珍珠生蠔,
雪蟹腳,大蝦同埋藍青口,
新鮮好食,連平時去buffet 唔攞凍海鮮嘅我
都食到舔舔脷。

我地嘻嘻哈哈咁食左大半個下午,
甜品其實忽略了,但唔緊要,
都係任食嘅,從略吧。

最緊要勁開心~ 生日嘛
