I’ve hardly ever been writing any review here. I’ll make an exception for such horrible service!!慶祝生日變成貼錢買難受!我知而家難請人,但也有好多人無工作㗎,做得經理就學吓負責任啦阿Eric, 個客唔係俾你發晦氣㗎!早一個月前book已經問清楚確認午餐有個招牌菜,因為我朋友生日,想俾她開心下,睇吓個廚師在他面前嘅表演過程,接電話嘅女仔話得得得,我先落訂。今日來到,點完晒菜,阿 Eric話無辦法係我地面前整,要隔左3張檯係人地張隔離整,我都算,行過去影,點知果張檯啲女人推我!喂,個菜係我點嘅,我拍個video都俾人推,你做經理扮睇唔到,仲話係無辦法㗎喇,仲叫個廚師停手唔好煮!!我一肚氣行返埋位,阿經理再走埋黎話:「我聽返留言無你講嘅確認啵!」我即刻著火,我講明係一個月前電話book㗎,真人對話確認㗎!咩留言呀?我生日嘅朋友馬上叫他唔好好似審犯咁!唔使講,cancel個菜啦!阿經理居然西面走開!埋單果陣,阿副經理埋黎,張單居然無扣返$300按金,博我唔記得呀?!當你以為呢間嘢名不副實、價錢離譜

當你以為呢間嘢名不副實、價錢離譜、食物一般,但今日見識到原來態度都可以咁惡劣!所以一家餐廳幾多心血籌備都無用,前線員工一句唔該幫你趕客拆招牌!
Months ago I was here for dinner and we appreciated the signature pasta with Parmesan & Truffle. And so I made a booking last month & paid deposit to secure the table today. I asked specifically over the phone if we also could have that signature dish in front of us during lunch time because it’s my friend’s birthday, she would certainly like such performance.
A month later, here we are, being treated with no respect, not having the signature dish in front of us, being pushed by their other random customers and also being interrogated by the so-called manager Eric after he asked the chef to stop making that pasta.
It was humiliating, embarrassing and disappointing. When I asked for the bill, they even tried to SCAM my $300 deposit!!! Nice try! My choice of restaurant and I made my friend suffered on her birthday! Tell me a reason not to share this to warn everyone about this overrated , overpriced restaurant serving mediocre food!!
