To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩天前，和位大家閨秀到這裏午膳，因為食量稍大，亦有點纔，所以叫了三個套餐（質素都一如既往地好），靜靜在一角享用這幸福。千兩一向是性價比很好的地方，我倒是首次到這店。用膳時已經覺得今天朋友穿著很粗疏，心情亦有點暴躁，數次要求添餐具/紙巾/酸薑/芥茉等，連外賣盒也要了三次（不同容量）。膳後閒話家常之際，朋友突然小聲哭起來（先後三次），原來她家裏發生了很大的衝突，抑壓著的情緒終於爆發出來。這期間又要了數次紙巾（總共是六、七次）。我當然是尷尬地開導著，減少被路人甲乙丙，誤作始亂終棄的現場版教材。尤幸一小時多宣洩過後，她拾回心情。期間要了兩次咖啡，不同的服務員，一如之前的十多次服務，既有效率，亦有禮貌地執行了我們所需的，叫咖啡那次的誤會，也細解心地釋了情況。在適當時候，數次添茶，收拾餐具和檯面的紙巾，沒有不耐煩，沒有暗示是時候打道回府。謝謝妳們！
