以充滿美感同玩味既甜品做招徠,和葛可親既老闆曾在半島和文華東方酒店任職餅廚,大部分既甜品都係自家製,賣相獨特新穎,吸引我再次返黎幫襯呢個係舊既menu,部分甜品已經冇lu皆因老闆已經引入新既款式店入面色彩繽紛,食起野上黎寧捨醒神同開心老闆最鍾意搞搞新意思,連杯野飲都浮誇過人,一黎已經仙氣逼人仲有幾個味任君選擇,天氣咁熱,飲返杯真係透心涼原來個杯底痴住左d乾冰,飲得安全之餘又夠哂睇頭,不過小心d水彈哂出黎呢個係用左彼利是芝士餅、嘉露霞慕絲、君度啫喱制成,其實佢係用左B52轟炸機,即係好多年輕人愛好既調酒既概念,整成甜品,雖然係芝士餅,但成完都唔會覺得好飽呢個甜品超立體,一大個鬆脆既拿破崙圈,面頭鋪滿糖霜,豎立係個碟上,而介乎於慕思同雪糕之間既淡黃色柚子味芭菲就配上兩大一小既糖鈕,側邊仲有柚子味既啫喱同唔少既橙肉同柚子肉作為點綴嘩嘩嘩!燉蛋係矇朧間出現啦!果然係冰鎮既燉蛋,下面放左d乾冰係下面,而噴出黎既煙霧係充滿住玫瑰香味,未食已經滿足左我既嗅覺,成個人香哂燉蛋面層擺放左兩朵薄脆既玫瑰花,則邊配以細小既士多啤梨,下面就係香濃荔枝味既滑身燉蛋,仲帶點玫瑰香添,建議整爛個玫瑰花,同埋d燉蛋一
