早兩個星期喺棉登徑搵食已留意到呢間大阪燒肉就開業,於是早兩日book定枱食早段時間,但由於唔知大塊和牛係要預訂,所以冇訂到,但好彩去到都叫到。是夜3人,大約5點45分開始食到7點滿腹走人。點咗塩燒牛脷,大腸小腸牛峽面盛,特大塊和牛,兩隻燒帶子,兩個燒蟹蓋,及和牛紫菜卷。除咗特大塊和牛及蟹蓋交由店員燒之外,其他都決定自己燒,享受吓燒肉樂趣店員燒特大塊和牛前會教你準備講口號,全場店員又會高呼和應,好有氣勢同氣氛!一邊燒亦會一邊講解成塊和牛嘅唔同部位及燒法。雖然話就話中間部位最好食,但....其實係....成塊都好食 。肉質鬆軟,唔會切得過薄。牛脷、牛峽面、牛大腸、牛小腸都好食,不過腸比較肥,燒起唻比較搶火,要小心啲。燒帶子完全唔會"un",只配以一小粒牛油,完全食到帶子本身嘅清甜。燒蟹蓋,蟹肉加上蟹膏及蟹子,撈埋再配紫菜包住食,略為少少咸,但好味!追加份和牛紫菜卷,一碟4大件,每嚿一搭食唔哂。雖然紫菜唔脆,但都好食。配以橙橙地色嘅辣醬,幾野味可口。全餐飯不停添飲住粟米茶,解解油膩。最後,店員奉上酸奶,熱粟米茶,為完整一餐劃上句號。(不過......酸奶質地好"結",唔係人人都頂得住,我..
