入到花居酒屋見到入邊嘅設計好有日本特色,感覺好似去咗日本嘅居酒屋。食嘢方面,質素比預期好。首先,放海膽刺身嘅器皿好有特色,入口即溶同埋好有海膽嘅鮮味,而且又唔苦。另外,我哋亦都有叫三文魚刺身,肉質鮮嫩而且美味。至於個鰻魚手卷,入邊仲有蛋,加埋係幾好食。火炙三文魚腩入口即溶,令人食完想再食多一件,係今餐我覺得最好味既一樣日本料理。軟殼蟹手卷炸得好均勻,入面嘅軟殼蟹好大件,手卷裏面仲包住左牛油果,上面鋪了蟹子沙律作點綴,令到軟殼蟹手卷有唔同層次嘅口感,美味而不膩。燒雞泡魚乾唔係間間有得食,有得食都唔係一定好味,但係花居酒居整得好食,燒得唔乾,可以保持肉汁,帶有一點甜香。
