To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過日式餐廳，朋友推薦呢個海壩街抵食日式小店，呢到出名唔收加一，份量夠多！嚟開荃灣呢頭一於試試佢～芝味咖喱雞石頭飯💰HK$56面頭有好多蟹籽，炸雞份量多，配上日式咖哩汁、芝士同埋蛋炒飯，撈勻哂之後仲有拉絲嘅效果，相當邪惡🤤個人認為汁撈飯比起啲炸雞更出色～日式牛肉壽喜鍋配白飯💰HK$62壽喜燒鍋材料嘅份量好多，入面有白蘿蔔、獅子狗、牛肉、生雞蛋之外仲有埋粉絲！個湯底係壽喜燒果種一貫嘅清甜，令人好開胃！
