To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無論如何唔好點部隊鍋

中大伏，千祈唔好嘗試呢間的部隊鍋。韓國餐廳最基本的一道菜一定是部隊鍋吧，我很難想像部隊鍋都可以難食。自己在家煮都好簡單，不過是辣白菜+韓式辣醬，放入食材煮下即可。但昨日系呢間韓樂，叫咗個「陸軍部隊鍋」，真的讓人很震驚。忘記影相，有勇士不相信可以自己去試試看。湯底竟然可以無一絲辣白菜，無一點辣醬味道。純粹是辛辣麵即食麵的湯底，literally一模一樣。材料也無一絲新鮮食材，豆腐洋蔥蔬菜全部都無。只有餐肉腸仔煙肉+公仔麵就完。改名叫韓式餐蛋麵比較啱。
