To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身排緊隔離間野,但因為要等4張枱,呢間初見等左無幾分鐘就有位,於是就食佢啦。之前係OR睇過佢既食評知道佢有好多讚,諗住都唔會太差。一行四人我地嗌左鍋物,鐵板牛。個鐵板牛由落單到上枱等左差唔多25分鐘,好啦,諗住等得有價值都抵既。點知一上枱,已經見到啲牛肉粒好乾,又凍,啲蒜片係淋既,牛肉粒食落去勁難嚼,我地幾個都嚼到牙骹痛。有一位我估係老闆?定經理?望過我地幾次,見我地幾個食到苦口咁面,都無過黎了解下。返工趕時間,大家求其食完就走人,不過大家都話,下次即使隔離鋪無位都唔會想食呢間野。
