To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2024年5月25日, 19:03 外賣點了一份三文魚炒飯, 4眼收銀男人替我點餐,過程中無重覆訂單, 無唔該或多謝, 講完價錢直接示意拍卡 (可能¨Café de Itamomo 意樂餐廳¨ 為亞洲國際餐飲集團, 自2010年開始創立的品牌,一間連鎖集團無需要店員提供稍為像樣的服務).15分鐘後致電意樂問外賣"746"是否已做好? 4眼男人問"咩平台訂"? 我表示櫃位已付款, 提供了號碼"746", 好似神不守舍,再重覆問2次"什麼是746?"4眼回魂後終於明白客人提問, 話"未有喎!".過了20分鐘再到店出示收據, 4眼男拍一拍收銀機旁桌上的外賣, 當然亦無講唔該或多謝,雖然無希望4眼男會主動拎外賣比客人,但過程中毫不掩飾對顧客的待客之道,認為對良景邨的公屋客人不需任何禮貌,不耐煩,全不掩飾令人大開外界,離開店前聽到4眼男大聲呼喝一位男店員,當狗般呼喝, 實在有公屋餐廳味道, 教人再次目不睱及.

Other Info. : 因為食物味道不錯才會光顧, 不明白為什麼連鎖集團飲食業就要同"無禮貌", "係咁㗎啦" 等服務態度掛勾, 香港飲食業怪責顧客都只往內地消費的同時, 自己在天然環境上已因為舖租, 薪金比內地高昂而收取更高價格劣勢 但不檢討同時以待人以西之態度服務香港人, 怪不得經常說香港人必須恰自己人, 集團式服務只有節節地倒退, 不進敗退
