To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家冇左晚市，我哋呢啲無飯煮婦通常都係買外賣，行過牛角，見到超平價飯🍚有三款選擇，我揀咗牛角燒牛肉飯，門口落單，跟住佢叫我行入鋪裏面俾錢，比完錢出嚟喺門口已比左盒飯我😱啲飯應該一早整好曬擺喺門口，$35 呢個價錢都不能要求太多😅拎到返屋企打開，飯當然係預料之中嘅唔熱，牛肉大概有5 片，另外有兜燒汁，太少唔多夠😝飯有啲啲硬，牛肉都幾好味嘅～總結如果以呢個價錢，啲飯可以熱返啲其實都幾好😂
