To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情以嚟都好少出街食飯,今晚諗住去屯門 時代廣場稻香打下邊爐, 疫情前一向幫襯開晚市火鍋放題, 坐低之後咪多口問一位短髮侍應阿姐,而家仲有冇火鍋放題,其實有冇我哋都會照食,點知佢個樣好似食咗火藥咁開我哋拖,話「畀得呢張有價錢嘅紙你即係冇啦! 」講嗰陣時隻眼仲要瞪住我哋好似食人咁, 嚇得我。 落完一次單漏咗兩碟嘢,揚極手都冇人睬我哋,完全當我哋透明。 等到花兒也謝了先搵到啲阿姐問,一係耍我哋, 一係問都未問完就走咗去。 之後嗰位火爆短髮阿姐成張火鍋紙差啲飛落我塊面度,講咗句「咁你哋點多次啦!」即係乜嘢態度? 漏單係食客嘅錯? 仲要發客人脾氣? 逐碟計每碟50至120蚊嘅火鍋料簡直物非所值, 脆骨腩係普通鯇魚扮脆骨腩,啲肉又淋又散,廣島蠔有兩隻係臭嘅,真係唔使錢都唔會再嚟食!
