To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢幾年開左好多單身人士最愛的燒肉店，點解為之「單身人士最愛」？因為一人一爐，亦有好多座位都係靠牆既一人座，俾單身貴族輕輕鬆鬆一個人對住手機都可以自在地食燒肉!今次黎到燒肉LIKE，因為好肚餓既關係，叫左最豐富既「牛舌ｘ牛枝腱ｘ橫膈膜肉套餐」呢個餐 分 150g $118，同埋250g $160為左充分試出味精，梗係食多d ，要個250g 啦！三款肉都幾好食，配上醬汁都幾出色！我覺得最好食既係牛舌，都幾爽口，而相對厚切少少既牛枝腱同橫膈膜既肉質都對得住個價錢，燒到七成熟，加少少鹽，點少少醬，依然食到少少油香，又係食得開心的一餐～

我覺得最好食既係牛舌，都幾爽口，
而相對厚切少少既牛枝腱同橫膈膜既肉質都對得住個價錢，燒到七成熟，加少少鹽，點少少醬，依然食到少少油香，又係食得開心的一餐～
