Don't ever order pick up at this shop

TLDR:1. Lied about food order completion2. Rude to customer who comes for pick up3. Waited for 30 min even when the food order showed as complete4. Physically tried to abuse a customer5. Tried ordering their food on phone app, went to pick up when the app showed it's completed. However not only the food was completed when I got there, the person also told me to piss off and and get in the line. Afterwards claiming they can't read the order and refuse to serve while speaking derogatory words.
